- Portfolio Use: I may use project work for portfolio purposes (with your permission)
- Third-party Components: Subject to their respective licenses
- Methodologies: I retain rights to general development processes and methods

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my liability for any damages arising from my services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
